Branch Manager – 1 Position
We are seeking a leader who can effectively manage a busy branch with confidence. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure that customers receive the service they deserve, and collaborate with the team to achieve financial targets. Success in this role means combining business development with genuine care for people.
What we’re looking for:
- A degree in Business Management, Banking and Finance, or a related field.
- At least three years’ experience in management within banking or financial services.
Relationship Officers – SME (5) & Micro (1)
Small and medium businesses are the backbone of our economy, and we’re committed to supporting them. Our Relationship Officers will work directly with SME and Micro clients—understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and helping them grow sustainably.
What we’re looking for:
- A degree in Business Management, Banking and Finance, or a related field.
- At least two years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in banking.
- Confidence in risk assessment and knowledge of market trends.
Bank Officers – 11 Positions
(Tellers, Customer Service, Back Office, Agency Banking, Direct Sales Agents)

What we’re looking for:
