Position Objective
The ICT Officer II will focus on developing and maintaining mobile applications for Android, iOS, and Windows platforms. The role involves researching UI and UX trends, updating existing applications, and collaborating with colleagues to generate innovative solutions for the Bank. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with an understanding of user experience and current trends in mobile and web application development.
Key Responsibilities
Mobile Application Development:

Design and develop mobile applications for the Bank.

Oversee the full application lifecycle, including design, testing, support, and release, ensuring features meet specifications.

Release dynamic application components and maintain cross-platform applications (Android, iOS, Windows).

Troubleshoot, debug, and analyze software issues.

Build interfaces to enhance user experience.
-
Integrate mobile applications with backend systems and APIs.
Web Development:
-
Develop front-end website architecture and design user interactions on web pages.

Create back-end website applications, including servers and databases.
-
Ensure cross-platform optimization and responsiveness of applications.

Collaborate with graphic designers for web and UI features.
-
See projects through from concept to completion.

Stay updated on new developments in web applications, programming languages, and mobile technology.
Additional Responsibilities:

Ensure technical solutions meet business and consumer requirements.

Deliver projects in line with the Bank’s digital roadmap, including ML and Big Data initiatives.

Support revenue growth and improved customer conversion through digital solutions.

Maintain quality of support and alignment with stakeholders.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Telecommunications, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience in the banking, technology, or financial services sector.

Proficient in programming languages for Android, iOS, and Windows platforms.

Experience with front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (AngularJS, React, Amber).

Proficient in server-side languages (Python, Ruby, Java).
-
Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, Oracle, and MS SQL.

Strong project management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
-
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

Portfolio demonstrating previous application development work is required.
