Position: Direct Sales Agents
Job Purpose
The role of the Direct Sales Agent is to proactively promote and sell the bank’s liability products by engaging customers, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service in line with the bank’s values and objectives.
Total Positions Available
- 200 positions – Dar es Salaam branches
- 120 positions – Regional branches (Mwanza, Arusha, Dodoma, Mbeya, Moshi)
Contract Duration: 6 months (renewable based on performance)
Work Locations:
- Dar es Salaam – Head Office, Amani Place, 3rd Floor
- Regional branches – Mwanza, Arusha, Dodoma, Mbeya, Moshi
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets for retail banking liability products.
- Identify and approach potential customers through proactive engagement.
- Guide customers through the account opening process, ensuring compliance with KYC and anti-money laundering policies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while promoting a customer-first philosophy.
- Represent the bank professionally at all times.
Minimum Requirements
Education: Form Four certificate up to Diploma level.
Age: 18 years and above.
Skills & Experience:
- Familiarity with retail banking products is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and solve problems effectively.
- Flexibility to thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with professionalism and integrity.
