Introduction

Afrisam is offering bursary opportunities to undergraduate students in Electrical Engineering for the 2026 academic year. The bursaries are based at the company’s Roodepoort Plant and are intended for students who will be in their 3rd or 4th year of study in 2026.

Fields of Study

The bursary is open to students registered for:

  • BSc (Electrical Engineering)
  • BEng (Electrical Engineering)

Minimum Requirements

  • South African citizen.
  • Registered at a recognised South African university.
  • Entering 3rd or 4th year of Electrical Engineering in 2026.
  • Minimum overall average of 60% for studies to date.
  • Demonstrated good conduct and professional behaviour.

Selection Process
