    If you’ve been waiting for another chance to apply to the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM), here it is. The university has officially opened Round Two applications for undergraduate studies for the 2025/2026 academic year. The window runs from 2nd September to 21st September 2025, so make sure you don’t miss it.

    At the same time, UDSM has released the Round One selection results. If you applied earlier, you can log in to your account at https://admission.udsm.ac.tz to check your status. And of course, congratulations to everyone who’s been chosen to join UDSM this year.

    How Confirmation Works

    • If UDSM is the only university that accepted you, then good news — your place is already confirmed.
    • If you received more than one offer, you’ll need to confirm with UDSM through your admission account. Request a confirmation code, enter it where required, and click confirm.
    • Once you’ve confirmed, you’ll be able to download your admission letter starting 20th October 2025.

     A quick reminder: the code is free and can only be accessed through your admission portal. Don’t pay anyone for it.

    Key Dates You Shouldn’t Miss

    • 2nd September 2025 – Confirmation process starts
    • 21st September 2025 – Last day to confirm offers
    • 1st November 2025 – Orientation week begins
    • 10th November 2025 – Lectures kick off
