Al Muntazir School is an Islamic international day school that has been serving the community in Dar es Salaam for many years. The Position
We are inviting applications for the role of Communication Officer. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys telling stories, shaping messages, and strengthening the relationship between the school and its wider community.
Key Responsibilities
As our Communication Officer, you will be at the center of how we share updates, celebrate successes, and communicate important information. Day to day, this means:
- Producing engaging content for newsletters, press releases, and social media
- Working with staff across campuses to gather stories and updates
- Supporting the planning and promotion of school events
- Making sure our communication reflects the school’s values and identity
What We’re Looking For
We would like to hear from candidates who bring:
- A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related area
- At least three years of experience in a communications or similar role
- Strong writing and editing skills, with an eye for detail
- Familiarity with social media management and digital tools
- Confidence in dealing with people and presenting ideas clearly
