What You Will Do
In this role, you will bridge strategy and execution. You’ll work with product managers to refine and launch cash management and CIB solutions, ensuring they respond to customer needs and market realities. You’ll track product performance closely, using data to guide improvements and keep offerings competitive.
A big part of your day will involve collaborating across teams — from marketing to IT to risk — making sure product rollouts are seamless and well-governed. You’ll also engage directly with clients, providing support, advice, and confidence that Exim Bank is a trusted partner in their growth.
You will be expected to:
- Design and refine products with real client impact, from pricing strategies to lifecycle planning.
- Stay ahead of competitors and regulators by translating market intelligence into action.
- Maintain governance discipline — reviewing SOPs, tariffs, income flows, and profitability models.
- Build capacity by training staff and customers on how to get the most out of our products.
- Act as a change agent, championing enhancements that deliver a world-class client experience.
What You Bring/Qualifications and Experience
You understand banking beyond the technicalities — you see how products connect to people and businesses. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing detail with the bigger picture. You are curious, analytical, and not afraid to challenge the status quo if it means delivering better outcomes.
We are looking for:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Information Technology.
- 2–5 years’ experience in banking, with exposure to product development and cash management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Solid understanding of retail and corporate banking products.
- A track record of solving client problems and driving product adoption.
Experience in structured trade finance, syndications, or project financing will set you apart.
