Job Overview

The Inventory Controls Analyst will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the integrity of all inventory control processes, systems, and routines across the country. This includes finished goods, raw materials, empties, consumables, and spare parts. The role ensures that all inventory-related activities are accurately reflected in the ERP system and comply with company policies and standards.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Monitor adherence to inventory processes across operational teams.
  • Support teams in identifying and closing inventory-related risks.
  • Facilitate accountability by ensuring all sign-offs and documentation are completed.
  • Escalate recurring issues or non-compliance to management.
  • Coordinate and track training on inventory policies, SOPs, and control routines.
  • Ensure refresher sessions and training records are maintained.
  • Drive ownership of inventory management processes to functional teams.
  • Audit compliance with inventory routines: stock reconciliations, counts, stock loss investigations, MBFU & BITs, bottle loss, RTI, and PO/GRN aging.
  • Review SOP execution across sites and flag deviations.
  • Validate accuracy and integrity of inventory reports.
  • Monitor adherence to Minimum Internal Controls (MICs).
  • Support KPI management with a focus on inventory cost drivers (e.g., SCOH).
  • Recommend process improvements based on trends and inefficiencies.
  • Ensure ERP (e.g., Syspro) data integrity and reconcile all movements.
  • Investigate stock variances with site teams.
  • Generate dashboards and reports highlighting risks and improvement areas.

  • Strong experience in managing finished goods and raw materials.
  • End-to-end supply chain expertise.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at senior (MANCOM & Global) levels.

  • Solid finance knowledge.

Minimum Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Engineering, Econometrics, Finance, Supply Chain, Economics, IT, or Accounting Science.
  • MBA recommended.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain management, and finance.
