Employment Opportunities at Tanzania Youth Alliance (TAYOA)

The Tanzania Youth Alliance (TAYOA) is opening up new opportunities for passionate, dedicated people to join our team.
For more than 25 years, TAYOA has been working with young people in Tanzania to promote civic engagement, entrepreneurship, and HIV/AIDS education. We partner with local communities, government institutions, and grassroots organizations to ensure that youth voices are heard and supported.
Right now, with support from the Global Fund Cycle 7, TAYOA is helping implement a major TB/HIV community-based program across 185 councils in Tanzania. The program focuses on reaching people at the community level, led by peers and closely linked with local health systems.
To strengthen this work, we’re inviting applications for the following positions:
Position 1: Zonal AGYW Officer
Locations: Dar es Salaam, Dodoma, and Mwanza
This role focuses on Adolescent Girls and Young Women (AGYW). The officer will support HIV prevention programs and help create safe spaces for young women through community-based interventions.
