- Relationship Officer – Micro (1 Position)
Job Summary
As a Relationship Officer at Maendeleo Bank, you will play a key role in managing and growing portfolios of Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) and Micro clients. Your mission will be to deliver tailored financial solutions, strengthen customer relationships, and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Conducting market analysis to understand client needs
- Managing credit risk to ensure portfolio quality
- Ensuring timely service delivery and follow-up
Success in this role requires a solid understanding of SME lending, risk assessment, and market trends, enabling you to support our clients while safeguarding the bank’s interests.
Skills & Experience
To be considered, candidates should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Banking and Finance, or a related field from a recognised university
- At least two (2) years of experience in a similar role within banking or financial institutions (preferred)
