About the Role
As a Management Consultant at INNOVEX, you’ll work closely with clients across different industries to identify challenges, design solutions, and deliver results that make a measurable difference. This is a role for someone who enjoys thinking strategically, working collaboratively, and driving impact.
What you will do
- Facilitate client discussions to understand challenges and identify areas for improvement.
- Define business problems clearly and develop practical, evidence-based solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including engaging potential clients.
- Prepare compelling consultancy proposals that communicate value and strategy.
- Conduct market research and gather business intelligence to inform recommendations.
- Contribute to the delivery of consulting projects in areas such as strategy, operations, and financial management.
- Analyse findings, develop insights, and present actionable solutions to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Technology, or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications such as CPA or PMP will be an added advantage.
Who we are looking for
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a professional services environment — ideally in management consulting, advisory, or project management.
- Proven ability to identify business opportunities and deliver tangible improvements for clients.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Keen interest and understanding of topics such as public policy, acquisition processes, financial management, economic analysis and modelling, data analytics, financial analysis, strategic planning, and monitoring & evaluation.
- A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-evolving consulting environment.
