Maendeleo Bank is looking for an experienced professional to lead our Arusha branch. The Branch Manager will be the driving force behind branch performance—guiding staff, ensuring smooth daily operations, and creating strong, lasting relationships with customers. It’s a role for someone who combines leadership with business insight and a genuine commitment to customer service.
What the role involves
As Branch Manager, you will:

Oversee day-to-day branch activities and ensure they run efficiently.

Lead a team dedicated to excellent customer care.

Grow the branch by identifying new business opportunities.

Keep operations aligned with banking regulations and internal policies.

Balance growth targets with risk management and compliance.
This is both a leadership role and a customer-facing one, requiring someone confident in decision-making while also approachable to clients and staff.
Who we’re looking for
To succeed in this role, you should have:

A bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Banking and Finance, or a related field from a recognized institution.

At least three years of experience in a managerial role within the banking or financial sector.
