About the Opportunity

HR World Ltd, on behalf of our client in the renewable energy sector, is looking for a Junior Project Coordinator (Temporary) to support the planning, coordination, and execution of new service station launches.

This role is well-suited for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in project management. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and community stakeholders to ensure that every site launch is delivered smoothly, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and coordinating new service station launches in line with established SOPs and timelines.
  • Support the Expansion team to maintain a First Pass Yield (FPY) of ≥95% during site launches.
  • Carry out basic site inspections to check readiness, including permits, equipment, inventory, and documentation.
  • Liaise with internal teams such as Tech, Star Development, Hypercare, and Operations for seamless launches.
  • Engage with external stakeholders including landlords, community leaders, and security providers.
  • Track project tasks, flag potential delays, and report risks to the Lead Site Launch Coordinator.
  • Help maintain rework rates of ≤5% by identifying problems early and proposing corrective actions.
  • Participate in regular audits to ensure full compliance with quality standards.
  • Share updates, present data insights during team meetings, and ensure proper handover of assets and documentation after launches.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of project coordination or administration.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, including to remote project sites.
