Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking highly motivated, talented teachers who:

Are committed to delivering a holistic and engaging learning experience.

Can develop, monitor, and evaluate lesson plans, schemes of work, lesson notes, and examinations.

Understand the importance of extracurricular activities (ECAs) and can inspire students to participate.

Are responsible, diligent, and willing to take on additional duties, including leading assemblies, guiding projects, and participating in school committees.

Strive for academic and moral excellence and encourage students to aim high.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate will:
-
Be Tanzanian and hold a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in East Africa (Tanzania, Kenya, or Uganda) with excellent academic records.

Have at least three (3) years of teaching experience at the secondary school level, ideally from top-performing schools.

Demonstrate strong ability to deliver NECTA curriculum content using modern, competency-based teaching strategies.

Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Be independent, well-rounded, ethical, and adaptable to school policies and procedures (including occasional weekend work).

Ability to teach a second subject at secondary school level is an added advantage.
