About TANICA:
Established in 1963, TANICA is a leading producer of instant coffee in Tanzania. We are looking for a qualified and experienced Tanzanian professional to join our team as a Personal Secretary.

Position Available:
Personal Secretary (1 Position)

Main Duties You will Do:

  • Organize and maintain records of meetings, correspondence, and official documents.

  • Prepare meeting summaries and manage arrangements.

  • Ensure the office is neat, organized, and efficient.

  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and travel plans for senior staff.

  • Greet and assist visitors and handle incoming calls professionally.

  • Support general office administration tasks as needed.

  • Uphold confidentiality and professional standards at all times.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Diploma in Secretarial Studies (NTA Level 6), Office Management, or equivalent from a recognized institution.

  • Proficiency in shorthand (English) and Kiswahili (hatimkato) at 100 wpm.

  • Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Internet, and Email.

  • Minimum of three (3) years relevant work experience.

  • Strong written and verbal communication in both English and Kiswahili.
