Research Advisor Job Vacancy at Jhpiego

About Jhpiego

Jhpiego, a Johns Hopkins University affiliate, has been working with Tanzania’s Ministry of Health since 2018 to strengthen HPV vaccination. With support from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Jhpiego is now leading a nationwide study (2022–2024) to uncover what makes HPV vaccination programs sustainable.

This study follows the entire vaccination journey—introducing the vaccine, moving toward a single-dose or multi-age cohort strategy, and fully integrating HPV vaccination into routine services. The results will inform Tanzania’s cervical cancer prevention efforts and add to global evidence on sustainable immunisation.

Deadline for applications: September 19, 2025

  • Ethics & Compliance – manage IRB/ethics submissions, ensuring confidentiality, informed consent, and participant safety at all times.
