As part of its expansion, Goodwill Ceramics is looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Officer to join its commercial team. This role offers a great opportunity to grow within a dynamic and results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Gain a solid understanding of the company’s ceramic tile products and packaging through factory-based training.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Provide clients with detailed product information, price quotations, and support throughout the sales process.
- Practice and apply effective sales techniques by engaging both new and existing customers.
- Participate in structured training with the potential to transition into a full Sales Executive position upon successful completion.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the building materials industry.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to comply with company policies and uphold professional standards.
- Flexible and open to frequent or extended business travel.
