A Glimpse at the Roles
Supermarket Supervisors will run daily store operations, guide their teams, and make sure customers have a seamless shopping experience.
HR Officers will handle the full employee journey — from hiring and onboarding to training and compliance.
Procurement Officers will manage sourcing, supplier relations, and cost-effective purchasing.
Shelf Keepers and Cashiers are the face of our stores — supporting customers, keeping stock organised, and ensuring smooth checkouts.
Drivers will support transport and logistics with safe, reliable service.
Accountants and Assistants will take care of financial records, tax compliance, payroll, and reporting.
What We Look For
Requirements vary by role, but generally we are looking for:
- Relevant qualifications (Diploma/Degree for most positions, secondary education for Cashiers and Drivers)
- Prior experience in retail, finance, HR, or logistics
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability, integrity, and a customer-focused attitude
