About the Role
Daqing Oilfield Construction Group Co., Ltd. (DOCG) is hiring two Surveyors to support the EACOP project in Tanga. The role focuses on delivering accurate land and construction surveys, validating site measurements, and providing reliable spatial data to engineering and construction teams.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out topographic, boundary, and construction layout surveys.

Operate, calibrate, and maintain surveying equipment (total station, GPS, levels).

Collect, process, and interpret spatial data using approved surveying and CAD software.

Verify, document, and archive survey data to meet project standards and specifications.

Work closely with engineers and site teams to deliver precise field measurements and setting-out.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics, Surveying, or a closely related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects.

Strong hands-on proficiency with total stations, GNSS/GPS, and levelling instruments.

Practical experience with data processing and CAD/survey software.
-
High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
