Sales Admin and Data Analyst

Turn sales data into decisions that drive growth.
DKT Tanzania is hiring a Sales Admin & Data Analyst to convert raw numbers into clear insights and action. You’ll build the reporting backbone that helps sales, marketing, and leadership see trends faster, make smarter decisions, and execute more effectively—from national to product level.
What you’ll do
- Collect, clean, and structure business & sales data so it’s accurate, consistent, and accessible.
- Design dashboards and recurring reports to track KPIs at national, regional, and product levels.
- Run ad-hoc analyses to answer key business questions.
- Automate reporting processes for timely and error-free delivery.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and better decision-making.
Qualifications & skills
- Bachelor’s in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
- At least 2 years’ experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
- Advanced skills in Excel; ERP knowledge (SAP Business One preferred).
- Familiarity with SQL and Power BI (or similar tools).
- Strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset.
- Must currently be based in Dar es Salaam.
