Role Summary
The ERP Manager will play a pivotal role in championing GSM’s digital transformation. You will lead ERP strategy, oversee daily operations, and work cross-functionally to integrate system capabilities into core business processes. Your leadership will ensure that the ERP system enhances collaboration, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making throughout the company.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute ERP strategy aligned with organizational objectives

Oversee daily ERP operations to ensure system stability, performance, and usability

Partner with business units to configure and improve ERP workflows

Lead ERP implementation, upgrade, and integration projects

Drive user adoption through training, coaching, and change management

Troubleshoot complex system issues and liaise with technical teams

Provide insights and reports to support strategic decisions

Continuously evaluate and enhance ERP functionality and integration
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field

SAP Business One certification is required

A diploma or degree in Project Management is highly desirable

At least 5 years of experience managing ERP systems in medium to large enterprises

Experience within the Oil & Gas sector is a plus

Demonstrated success in ERP implementations, upgrades, and improvements

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills

Deep knowledge of ERP architecture, business process integration, and systems design

Analytical mind with results-driven orientation
