We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to take charge of a portfolio of construction initiatives — guiding them from the drawing board to final delivery. This is a leadership role where you’ll balance planning, execution, and people management to make sure every project is safe, on budget, and finished on time.

What you’ll be doing
- Start strong: define objectives, scope, budgets, and timelines for new projects.
- Keep it moving: direct the project team daily, monitor progress, and solve issues before they grow.
- Close properly: finalize contracts, settle finances, and complete documentation at the end of each project.
- Handle the numbers: develop and manage budgets, review invoices, and track all expenditures.
- Manage contracts: ensure consultants and contractors stick to agreed terms.
- Stay compliant: make sure every project follows regulations, codes, and internal standards.
- Communicate openly: provide regular updates to management and act as the key link between stakeholders.
- Lead the team: mentor Project Managers and Officers, guide performance, and build a motivated unit.
- Put safety first: carry out inspections and maintain a culture of accountability on every site.
What you’ll bring to the table
- A Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field.
- Solid project management experience in construction (minimum 4 years).
- Certification in a recognized methodology such as PRINCE2, PMBOK, or PMP (mandatory).
- Extra credit for postgraduate or professional qualifications in construction or engineering.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
- A track record of handling projects of different sizes with confidence.
