At CVPeople Tanzania, we believe that growth doesn’t just happen—it’s carefully built. That’s why we’re searching for a Star Development Coordinator (Consultant) to join us on a 6-month temporary contract in Dar es Salaam.
This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of people and opportunity. You’ll play a key part in recruitment, training, and onboarding across expansion sites—ensuring that every new hire is set up for success from day one.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your days will be dynamic and people-focused. Expect to:
- Advertise openings for new expansion sites and attract strong candidates.
- Monitor candidate numbers and make sure the criteria are met before interviews and training.
- Handle the full cycle of interviews, classroom training, and on-site training for new recruits.
- Spot training gaps, fine-tune materials, and improve the learning journey.
- Guide recruits through onboarding—from setting up accounts on dashboards and apps to ensuring contracts and documentation are complete.
In short, you’ll be the person who connects talent with opportunity, making sure every recruit starts their journey ready to shine.
What We’re Looking For
We’re not just after qualifications—we want someone with drive, adaptability, and people skills. Here’s what helps you stand out:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, training, or talent development.
- Strong interviewing and facilitation skills—whether in a classroom or on-site.
- Great communication and organizational abilities to keep multiple activities moving smoothly.
- Confidence with HR/recruitment software, spreadsheets, and digital tools.
- A willingness to travel, sometimes to remote locations, to make sure expansion sites run seamlessly.
- A sharp eye for detail, especially when it comes to onboarding and compliance.
