    • Assist artisans with equipment maintenance, repairs, and installations

    • Complete all on-the-job and theoretical training phases

    • Learn and apply Marula Mine’s rules, standards, and compliance requirements

    • Gain exposure to fault diagnosis, problem-solving, and reporting

    • Help ensure equipment is maintained to prevent production downtime

    • Acquire supervisory and leadership skills through practical assignments
