At Bulyanhulu Gold Mine, every team member plays an important part in keeping our operations running safely and efficiently. We are currently looking for a Fuel Bay Attendant — someone dependable, hardworking, and committed to doing the job right every time.
This role is at the heart of our operations. You’ll be part of a team that ensures every vehicle, generator, and piece of equipment receives the fuel it needs to keep our mine productive. If you take pride in precision, safety, and teamwork, this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handle the receiving, measuring, and issuing of fuel and lubricants with accuracy and care.
- Keep detailed records of all fuel transactions, including dips, receipts, and transfers.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe fuel station area at all times.
- Follow all safety, health, and environmental standards — safety is always our top priority.
- Report any leaks, spills, or irregularities to your supervisor immediately.
- Monitor fuel stock levels and ensure timely refills to avoid downtime.
- Take part in regular safety meetings and ongoing training sessions.
What You’ll Bring
- A Form IV Certificate (Ordinary Level).
- A valid Tanzanian driving license.
- At least one year of experience in a similar or related industrial role.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Swahili.
- Good organizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
- The ability to work well within a team and manage time effectively.
