About the Role
We are looking for three (3) reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Stock Control Officers for motorcycles and spare parts. This role is essential to keeping our operations organised, efficient, and accurate.
You’ll be responsible for monitoring inventory levels, managing stock movements, and working closely with both the procurement and sales teams to ensure that every part and product is accounted for. If you are organised, proactive, and take pride in doing things right the first time, we’d like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain accurate records of motorcycles and spare parts inventory.
- Manage stock movement — including receiving, storing, and dispatching items.
- Coordinate with procurement and sales departments to ensure correct stock levels.
- Perform regular stock checks and report discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain warehouse organisation, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience working with Excel or ERP inventory systems.
- Strong organisational skills and a high level of accuracy.
- A responsible, disciplined attitude and good teamwork spirit.
- Candidates residing in Kibaha or nearby areas are strongly encouraged to apply.
