About the Programme
The Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF), through its Labour Activation Programme (LAP), in partnership with We Invest Africa (Pty) Ltd, is offering unemployed South Africans the opportunity to join learnerships and skills development programmes for 2025/2026.

Each intake will host 30 unemployed participants, with training running for 12 months and combining both classroom learning and workplace experience.
