The position available is for an HR and Administration Officer at Goodwill (Tanzania) Ceramics Co., Ltd, a leading tile manufacturer located in Mkuranga, Tanzania.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and resignation processes for local employees.
  • Assist the management team in liaising with local government authorities.
  • Handle applications, renewals, and compliance for company certificates and licenses.
  • Support the smooth running of day-to-day administrative office tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Experience:
    • Applicants aged 28–37 years must have at least 2 years of relevant experience.
    • Applicants aged 22–25 years may be considered for trainee positions, even without prior experience.
  • Must be able to drive a car.
  • Proficiency in standard office software (Word and Excel).
  • Strong communication, management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to adhering to company rules and regulations.
