Golden Pulse Capital Limited is a fast-growing company operating a modern garage and coffee business. We’re looking for an energetic, hands-on Garage Manager to lead day-to-day workshop operations, deliver top-tier service, and keep our customers smiling.
Responsibilities
- Run the floor: Oversee daily garage operations from opening to close.
- Lead the team: Supervise fundis and support staff; schedule shifts, coach, and uphold safety.
- Own quality & turnaround: Ensure accurate diagnostics, timely repairs, and excellent customer service.
- Control inventory: Track and manage spare parts, tools, and consumables; raise purchase requests.
- Report & improve: Prepare operational reports and advise management on performance and process improvements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in garage/workshop management.
- Skills: Strong leadership, effective communication, and excellent customer service abilities.
- Additional: Knowledge of workshop safety, maintenance scheduling, and inventory management is a plus.
