With a strong presence in Tanzania, we specialize in producing high-quality glass products that meet the growing demand of the construction and design sectors. As we expand, we are seeking a Sales Specialist to strengthen our sales team and drive business growth.

Role Overview

The Sales Specialist will play a pivotal role in expanding our market reach by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is a hands-on role suited for an ambitious individual passionate about sales and business development in the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company’s glass products to existing and prospective clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and stay up to date with market trends.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses.
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of proven sales experience (experience in manufacturing or building materials is an added advantage).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Swahili or Chinese will be an advantage.
• Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under minimal supervision.
